Black River Contracting, Ltd. (BRC) started in November 1984 with a single motor grader. With the strong support of a great team of employees, our company has grown to be a full-service sand and gravel business. In addition to our road construction, land clearing and development operations, BRC has strong ties with BC Forestry and Ministry of Highways.
